This pure, crystal-clear acacia honey is an AOC of Hungary where the vast acacia forests feed the bees. This raw honey is absolutely GMO-free, sharing many of the compounds with Manuka, and is as good internally – and far sweeter!

The black locust tree, also known as false acacia, is present in Europe, especially in Hungary. Bearing a mildly sweet flavour, this variety of honey is highly sought after around the world. It is almost clear, like liquid glass, and very slow to crystalise.
